Commodity Division Introduction
During this long term presence, we developed customers as true Trade Partners. For serving & increasing the support for these customers in sourcing qualitative raw material at economic prices, we opened our new division dealing into Commodity Market.
SELLP has been the largest exporters of High Protein Cottonseed Meal from India with exports of 12100 MT during FY 2013-14.
We are specialists in cottonseed processing and marketing of its products. We are not manufacturers per se - but since last 2 years, we are leasing a scientific cottonseed processing plant as required while producing the product under our technical supervision. We guarantee our quality specs in the contract and believe in fair and transparent business.
The CS DOC is delinted, decorticated and solvent extracted product with 37% min protein, 12% max moisture, 2.5% max impurities and 16% max fibre. Gossypol levels are 100 ppm - well below 150 ppm prescribed for poultry and hence there is no ill effect from feed at all on chicken when used less than 10% of feed and freely for other animals. We also have other cottonseed by-products - cottonseed hulls in bags, pelletized cottonseed hulls. We also deal in rapeseed meal, soya meal, yellow maize and corn gluten meal.
All products are shipped out om 20 feet containers and CS DOC contract quantities range from100 to 3000 tons in one shipment/ contract.
